Refund policy

At Rimal UAE, we want every customer to receive their order in good condition and with full confidence.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, the customer must provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and order details.

No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

Instead, eligible cases will be handled through:

  • Product exchange
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags, boxes, covers, and accessories must be returned.
  • The item must not be damaged, worn, washed, altered, or used.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind after delivery.

This includes cases such as:

  • Customer no longer wants the item.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size or color.
  • Customer changed their decision after receiving the order.
  • Customer expected a different style despite the product photos and description being shown clearly.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If an exchange is approved, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the case and location.

Order Refusal / Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers are requested to confirm all details carefully before placing the order, including product, size, color, phone number, and delivery address.
