6. Cash on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers agree to pay the full order amount upon delivery.
Refusing an order after confirmation may result in delivery restrictions or refusal of future Cash on Delivery orders.
Repeated cancellations, fake orders, unreachable numbers, or incorrect addresses may lead to the customer being blocked from future orders.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that refunds are not provided unless specifically approved by Rimal UAE.
